1. General Policy
All products sold by ARS Colors are manufactured, dyed, and supplied with strict quality control standards. Due to the nature of textile and color-based products, all sales are final.
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases explicitly mentioned under this policy.
2. Sales Returns
- Goods once sold are non-returnable. ARS Colors does not accept returns on any products once they have been sold and dispatched.
- Returns are not accepted for reasons that are considered normal characteristics of yarn and textile products, including but not limited to:
- Color Shade Variation: Minor variations in color may occur due to screen or device display differences, lighting conditions, photography, or dye-lot variations. Such differences are natural in textile products and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Texture or Finish Variation: Differences in softness, sheen, thickness, or finish may occur due to fiber composition and production processes. These natural variations do not qualify for return or refund.
- Customers are strongly advised to review all product details, specifications, shade references, and order requirements carefully before placing an order.
3. Cancellations
- Once the Invoices are generated, it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders that have moved to processing, dyeing, packing, or dispatch stages are strictly non-cancellable.
- ARS Colors reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once internal order processing has begun.
4. Modifications to Orders & Invoices
Any request for changes in:
- Invoice details
- Billing or shipping information
- Product specifications or quantities must be submitted before the final invoice is issued.
- Requests received after invoice generation will not be entertained.
- ARS Colors shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order placement.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products (Exceptional Cases)
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatch. However, in rare cases:
- If you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit or incorrectly supplied, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, ARS Colors may, at its sole discretion:

6. Color & Shade Disclaimer
- Slight variations in color shades may occur due to:
- Screen/display differences
- Dye lot variations
- Lighting conditions
- Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
7. International Orders
- All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or charges applicable in the destination countries are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping, courier, and insurance charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- In the event of an approved replacement, reshipping terms will be communicated separately.
