“TARIBIYAT”– A school that provides free education to the children of the needy people of our locality. This is an initiative taken by ARS Colors and its group that provides funds and manages a school for the children of our locality that gives them their basic right to be educated. Enrolling about 150 students, the school provides free education, free books, free uniform and also other accessories for studies such as notebooks, stationeries, and school bags which encourage children in continuing the education.
Every child has a right to an education!
The urge to contribute to the social cause took shape when we established this school in 2010. The existing facility is available for children from nursery up to class two and we also have plans for gradual expansion up to high school in the future. The school operates in a single storey building with 5 rooms and has so far successfully enabled 100 students to complete their basic schooling every year which is a very commendable achievement for us in this remote part of the country.
English, Hindi and Urdu are the vernaculars that are included in the curriculum that also teaches general knowledge, science and Arabic art. The company provides 100% funding in running and managing the school without any assistance from any outside agencies and takes active interest to see that the objective of setting up the school is met. The amount of importance that the company attaches to its mission of social accountability is evident from the fact that a board of trustee of five members that oversees the function of the school is headed by the managing director of the company.
